A General Member plays a crucial role by attending Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and special meetings throughout the year. While General Members do not hold voting rights, they serve as a vital connection to the community, ensuring our responses are aligned with real needs. In 2025-2026, there will be opportunities for General Members to nominate for board positions and step into leadership roles as part of our Executive Team.

To be eligible, you must live or work in the Huon Valley, Tasmania, and attend at least one meeting per year. We seek individuals who either identify as women or work closely with women, have relevant skills to contribute, and share the core values of our organisation.
